Bradley Mindrup is a seasoned corporate attorney with over 15 years of experience advising clients on cross-border transactions, venture capital structuring, and international regulatory compliance. His practice spans the U.S., Greater China, and Southeast Asia, with a particular focus on the technology and cloud infrastructure sectors.

Bradley began his legal career at PacGate Law Group in Beijing, where he advised startups, venture capital firms, and private companies on U.S. and cross-border corporate structuring, governance, and investment matters. He later joined Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP in Beijing, supporting multinational clients on PRC foreign direct investment, transfer pricing, and employment law compliance.

In 2014, Bradley returned to PacGate to open and lead its affiliated U.S. office in Los Angeles. There, he continued to counsel clients on entity formation, shareholder arrangements, and venture financing, including SAFE and convertible note transactions. His work also includes trademark portfolio management across jurisdictions such as the U.S., Hong Kong, and Cayman Islands, and advising HR teams on employment law compliance.

Bradley is conversant in Mandarin Chinese and brings a pragmatic, detail-oriented approach to helping clients navigate complex legal landscapes.. He holds a J.D. from Whittier Law School and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Missouri. He is admitted to practice in California.

Alex’s clients include start-up and established companies, private equity firms, investors, content creators, entertainers, and executives operating in a wide range of industries. Alex previously held various in-house counsel positions for companies in the media industry, including a top talent/literary agency and film studio. Alex also served as counsel for a Beijing-based international law firm and as a board member of various start-up ventures.
